Liquimoto respects your privacy. We will never sell your information or distribute it to anyone without your conscent.
Cookies
We can be using “cookies” for the purpose of ease. For example, “cookies” assist with keeping your account information to be associated to strictly your account and not anyone else’s account. “Cookies” also keep your information together for when you have one product in your shopping cart while continuing to browse for products at the same time. “Cookies” do not give your computer viruses and they are not able to go into your computer settings and share your other information with us.

Errors
- Typographical error or incorrect price event, our store can refuse or cancel orders placed on the product listed for incorrect pricing or information.
- If there is an error made by our store, you can return the product at our expense if it has not been used.
- We try to be as accurate as possible when portraying a product(s) however we cannot ensure identical specifications.
- We have the right to limit quantities and cancel orders if there were errors on either side of the transaction.
Warranty
Purchasing samples/Demo products allows you to acquire elite merchandise at a significantly reduced price from Liquimoto. You can be certain that you are buying great products at a special pricing.
We are dedicated to assuring that all products are:
- Performing like-new upon receipt. Inspected by our product experts to ensure proper performance.
- Please note that sample/demo items may arrive with cosmetic differences to either the packaging and/or product itself.

Returns Policy
We will only accept return and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In any other cases returns / exchange will be possible. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at contact@liquimoto.ca with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We strive to fulfill your web order within 1-2 business days of receipt. Flat rate shipping across Canada 10$*. All other orders are charged according to courier shipping quotes provided. You will be contacted by a member of our team in the event that your order should incur extra shipping charges.
*Beyond destination shipments may incur additional shipping charges.
We reserve the right to, with consent, apply shipping charges as we see fit.
Orders are shipped weekdays via Purolator Ground with tracking information.
Note, a signature is required upon receipt of a package.

International Orders (USA) only.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note, regional restrictions/regulations apply. We are NOT responsible for duties or brokerage. These fees are due upon receipt of an order.
Should you refuse an international shipment, Liquimoto reserves the right to refund the amount of the order, less shipping, duties, brokerage and payment gateway fees associated with the order. Returned international orders are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
All orders are charged in Canadian Dollars. Exchange rates and international order fees are assessed and applied by your financial institution.
